At the age of 23, Theodore Elyett Sealy is currently the youngest Pageant CEO in The Bahamas. "Developing A New Culture For The Arts..." is the motto for his multi-tiered company. Theodore Elyett Productions®, the powerhouse company that produces his annual pageant, fashion shows, apparel and fashion competitions - is paving a road for a greater appreciation for the art of Fashion and Pageantry throughout the country. At the age of 13 Theodore made his debut as the country's youngest Fashion Designer, at the age of 18 he made his debut as the country's youngest Broadcast Journalist on-air at Island 102.9 FM/Cable 12 News, and at the age of 21 Theodore became the youngest Pageant CEO in the country. Theodore is a recent recipient of the Junior Achievement Bahamas Recognition of Excellence for Outstanding Achievement In Fashion Design & Entrepreneurial Skills. • At the age of 13 captured 3rd & 4th Place prizes for Best costume design in the Miss. Bahamas Costume Competition 1998.

• Full wardrobe production for contestants in the Miss Teen Bahamas Pageant 1998 &1999.

• Produced a Fashion Show for the Junior Achievement Bahamas Program 2001-2002
• Stage & Show Production Choreographer for Ryerson's 1st, 2nd & 3rd year Fashion Showcase 2005 in Toronto Ontario. The Designer Showcase featured over 300 designers. Scouted and hand picked 43 models for 5 shows which ran for 2 days showcasing to over 250 people per show.
